This trip will be delivering into the northern part of Israel. Starting out from his home base of Rehovat, ( About 24 km south of Tel Aviv) he travels about 16 km south of home to the industrial zone at Bnei Aysh to pick up his load.
Leaving home at 03:00 am before the sun rises does not give a chance to take photos of this portion of the trip. With the sun breaking through at around 06:00 am, the camera can be put to work.

Traveling along route #2 you can see the chimneys of the main electric power station. Beyond that you come up to the junction where you turn right onto route #65 and then turning left to route #66 and travel straight ahead on route #75 to Haifa entrance. |
Approaching Haifa, then making a right onto route #4 a few more km will bring you to their local yard where parts of the load will be unloaded for delivery by the local trucks, and then other freight will be re-loaded for delivery farther north. There are trips where they unload half the load and other days where they do not have a drop but still pick-up more freight for the north.
These photos are on
route #75 and entering Haifa city from the east side on the way to their Haifa
yard.
These photos (BELOW) were taken when an order was delivered directly to a customers location in Haifa. and from there , out to the local terminal to pick-up a couple more orders for farther north.

Trucking on farther north on highway #4, the next stop is the coastal city of Nahariya. Moving on from there the last delivery will be in the city of Kiryat Shmona, north and east of there located on the Lebanon border. We merge to route #90 passing Kiryat Shmona then left to route #99, and just a few miles up the road we make our second and last delivery into the north country. Reloading with empty pallets, they are ready to head for home.

Just to make it a more enjoyable, and a scenic trip, my dad drove on side road route #918 all the way to the end.
It seems that the famous Bailey Bridge can be found anywhere in the world.

Before making the right turn onto route #85 from route #90, I could not resist taking photos of Kinert Lake (Tveria City) |

These are random photos of the different views on the trip. It makes a trip more enjoyable when you can tour leisurely now and then, while returning home from a days work. |
At the end of the trip it is time to prep the truck before heading home. Once Moshe fuels the tractor up and checks all the tires and engine levels, his father then pulls the truck over to a storage area and gives it a good wash job. All they need to do now is to park it and then free to go home. It has been a long trip, but was completed in the same day.
Israel has 2 completely different terrains. The south being barren desert country compared the the lush green of the northern part of the country.
