Northern Ireland Truck Show

 

This Truck Show is on every year at the Kingshall in Belfast around September time. This year (2007) it was on the 15th and 16th. It is known as the Northern Ireland Truckshow or NI Truckshow for short.

Tinnelly International Transport Ltd is based in Rostrevor, Co.Down. N.Ireland.The Company started haulage in 1990 hauling bulk tipper loads to and from Ireland, the UK and Europe. They entered the show displaying a fantastically painted Scania.

MULGREW HAULAGE LTD. of  Dromore, Co. Down, Northern Ireland

Mulgrew Haulage Limited has a 50-strong award winning fleet of tractor units at its disposal, most of them Scanias, together with over 100 curtainside trailers.  Many of the trucks enjoy the benefits of satellite tracking systems and all are equipped with mobile telephones, enabling the drivers to be in constant touch. An excellent showing of a first class maintained fleet.

 

 

Based in Northern Ireland MMK International Transport was established by Mark McKinney in 1996. Mark started the company off with only one lorry, the company now runs a fleet of over 60 vehicles currently consisting of Artic's, 45 foot curtain sided trailers, 45 foot box trailers and a variety of rigid vehicles all fitted with tail lifts, the majority of which are DAF’s.

With trucks displayed at the show, it gives the public a close-up view of MMK's impressive road equipment.

 

 

       

       

 

 

The trucks at this show have some really exotic & colourful paint schemes, presenting designs & colours that will stand out in a crowd to be noticed. Some of these photos show the drivers and/or owners cleaning and prepping their equipment to please the crowds and leaving them in awe with something to go home and talk about for a long time.

 

       

       

 

 

     

     

     

 

 

A great time was had visiting the  Northern Ireland Truck Show at the Kingshall in Belfast, Ireland, and am looking forward to next years show.
